How do I sign up to accept Childcare Choice vouchers?
All you need to do to be able accept Childcare Choice vouchers is complete a Carer Agreement Form. A parent should pass this to you to complete. Alternatively you can find it here (download of carer form). Once completed this should sent to Sodexho Pass along with a copy of your registration or approval certificate. Parents will not be able to pay you with childcare vouchers without a copy of your certificate. Ensure you complete your email address if you have one so that Sodexho Pass can notify you by email of payments made to your account.
Where can I get more information on the approval scheme?
Individual carers can become approved through the Government’s fast-track approval scheme run by Sure Start. Details about how to get approved status can be obtained by calling 0845 767 8111 or by visiting the website.
What happens once I’ve joined?
Once affiliated with Sodexho Pass, you will be sent a welcome notification giving your Sodexho Pass carer ID number.
How do I update my details?
Sodexho Pass must be notified in writing if you change any of your details, e.g. your address, a change of bank etc. You can either email childcarechoice@sodexhopass.co.uk or write to us at:
