Parents that log in are presented with the payment screen:
The main screen displays a summary of the most used information - current balance, a list of carers and a summary of recent transactions.
Paying a carer is quick and easy. The parent simply clicks the ‘pay carer’ button next to the carer name to display the carer details. A payment amount, a reference (to help both the parent and carer identify the transaction at a later date), and the payment method are entered and confirmed. Payments can be made on a one-off basis or set up to recur regularly throughout the year. Regular payments can be stopped at any time.
