Getting paid
There is no redemption required for e-vouchers as carers are paid directly into their bank account on the parent’s instruction. The parent’s name will appear on the remittance advice so payments can be tracked easily. To easily identify a payment for a specific child, the parent can enter a reference into their e-voucher payment.

Joining the scheme
To accept childcare vouchers the carer must complete and sign an affiliation form and return it to Childcare Choice, along with a copy of their registration or approval certificate. The carer may be given this form by a parent wishing to use the voucher scheme, or alternatively it can be downloaded here.

Once affiliated with Sodexho Pass, the carer is sent a welcome e-mail containing their Sodexho Pass carer ID number. If other parents want to pay a carer by e-voucher they simply add the carer via their e-voucher account by entering the carer's ID number and postcode.
