What information do you offer to employees?
The Download section of the site provides several tools offering information such as PowerPoint presentations, an email campaign, leaflets and Parent Information Packs. These documents address most employee FAQs. Employees can also visit the Parents section of the site or contact the Customer Care team.
What promotional support is provided?
Included on the site are marketing materials which can be downloaded and used to promote the scheme to parents. The email campaign, parent leaflet, presentations and internal newsletter can be used to raise interest in the scheme. The Parent Information pack gives more detail to parents. Parents can give their carer the carer leaflet to give them more information about how the scheme works and the benefits of accepting childcare vouchers or direct them to this website.
