Parent leaflet
The parent leaflet is a good initial source of information for parents who may be interested in joining the scheme. Employers may wish to place this leaflet in induction packs for new starters or hand it out to interested employees.

Carer leaflet
A good initial source of information for carers. Parents can pass this leaflet to their carer(s) to educate them about the scheme and the many benefits that it can bring.

FAQs
The FAQ documents provide more detailed information about the scheme and all related topics for parents. They are available in both 9.4% and 11% employee NI versions.

Email campaign
The email campaign is used to promote the scheme and raises awareness in organisations. This campaign can be personalised to any company.

Employee presentation
The presentation is used to promote the scheme and raise awareness in organisations, going into more detail than the email campaign. It can be personalised to any company.

Internal Newsletter
The internal newsletter is for use within company newsletters, Intranet or Internet sites to inform parents of the benefits of the scheme and how to join. It can be personalised to any company.

Template letter
Employers should use the template letter to notify HM Revenue & Customs about the salary sacrifice scheme they have in place. It should be personalised, printed on company headed paper and sent to the local tax office to notify them. As HM Revenue & Customs cannot give pre-approval on schemes, the earliest this letter should be sent is once the first order is placed.

Salary Sacrifice Agreement
A Salary Sacrifice agreement should be completed by all employees as this constitutes the change to their terms and conditions of employment. If there is not an agreement already in place, this should be completed and employers should keep a record of it so they are in accordance with the rules of salary sacrifice. This is an example Salary Sacrifice Agreement - please note all parents joining the scheme can populate this Agreement online when creating their account.

Carer Form
All carers wishing to accept childcare vouchers as payment must complete a Carer Form. Parents can pass this form to their carer, or the carer can download it here. All forms must be returned to Sodexho Pass with a copy of the carer's registration or approval certificate.

Direct Debit Form
Payment for the face value of the vouchers and/or management fee can be made by Direct Debit. The form can be downloaded here.
